Title: The relationship between logic and theology of Al-Farabi

Abstract: Given the multiplicity of opinions in the Arab and Islamic world about the relationship of logic to theology, this research is directed in an attempt to reveal the ambiguity that affected this relationship. To have divine science built on logic? For this purpose, I tried to follow Al-Farabi in his treatment of the Aristotelian text, in order to achieve the final goal of this research, which is to reveal the relationship between logic and theology. Hence, I put the research into several demands, which are as follows:

(a) on the nature of logic.

(b)   The benefit of making logic.

 (c)   on the nature of the divine.

 (d)  Why is met science called by this name?

(e)   Distinguishing between metaphysics and theology.

 (f)  sections of divine science.

(g)  The foundation of the relationship between logic and theology.

(h)  The necessity of the practical part in philosophy for the theoretical part.
